Jeff Stratton
President Structor Group; Advisory Board Chair, Lab Atlanta

I grew up immersed in the commercial construction industry working my way up from Project Manager at Aaron Rents and then for a family owned Top 400 ENR ranked construction company. Eleven years ago, I started Structor Group, a General Contracting firm based in Atlanta. As President, my primary focus is maintaining existing client relationships and ensuring the firm delivers on its commitment to Build- Smarter, on-time and on-budget projects.

Giving back is also very important to me and everyone at Structor Group, whether through our annual golf tournament which has raised over $300K for Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta in the past 11 years or through annual donations to local charities. As a team, we have focused our hands-on efforts on building Habitat for Humanity homes each of the past three years.

Our company built the Museum of Design Atlanta (MODA) many years ago and I have served on its board and executive committee for the past six years. Three years ago, we started building a camp with a purpose, Camp Southern Ground. We are strong supporters of its mission and donate our time and money to their growing camp. We know it will have a positive impact on Atlanta for many years to come.

I am passionate about my hometown high school, The Lovett School because of the positive effect it continues to have on my life and family. Since my children started attending Lovett, I have worked on multiple fund-raising initiatives and my wife, Amanda and I, chaired the New Parent campaign. I helped found the Jim Glasser endowment fund.

One of the most important roles I play is Coach at NYO Football at Chastain Park. 2017 will be the sixteenth season I have been an assistant coach, which focuses on teaching the fundamentals of youth football including teamwork, sportsmanship and dedication. I have coached my daughters in soccer also for the past six seasons.
